Before joining Fortnight, Jen spent 5+ years at Victors & Spoils, where she worked on a whole mess of great brands including JCPenney, Smirnoff, Harley-Davidson and SmartWool, among others. Prior to V&S, Jen worked at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, where she helped launch multiple 360 campaigns for Old Navy. Noelle kickstarted her career at Phear Creative in New York City working for the likes of Jameson Irish Whiskey and the band, Kings Of Leon. Noelle accomplished many firsts within the industry and category when leading the social media arm of Jameson’s 'Sine Metu', 'Drinking Buddies' and 'Long Live The Neighborhood' campaigns, such as the first liquor brand to advertise on SnapChat and the first liquor brand within the Pernod Ricard portfolio to use video ads on Instagram. As for the Kings of Leon, Noelle was a key driver of the social media and marketing strategy for their sixth studio album Mechanical Bull, which led to a win at the Shorty Awards. From there, Noelle was a part of the team that strategically launched their latest studio album, WALLS, which became the band's first ever #1 album, where she also co-produced the music video for the WALLS single, Around the World. When not busy account managing, you can find her lacing up a pair of hiking boots, mixing paint, or chasing after her husky, Dylan.
